Pregnancy confusion
My last period was 7 weeks ago, 2 pregnancy tests both came up positive but when i received a transvaginal ultrasound, it showed my uterus was enlarged about the size of 4 1/2 weeks pregnancy but there was no sac. They also said they saw what appeared to bd a small cyst on my ovary. Should i be concerned there’s something serious going on? Could i possibly actually be pregnant?
