Pregnancy and period late

Hi. I believe I am late on my period. My periods have always been weird/irregular all my life. Usually I get it for 2-3 days at the beginning of the month, and then at the end of the month, I usually get them for 2 more days. I am a few days late on my period. I have taken 2-4 pregnancy tests arhat have all said negative. At the end of November, I had my period for 4 days. Why am I late? Could both pregnancy tests be wrong? Please help! I haven’t had any pregnancy symptoms at all either.
