Hi. Before planning for next baby it is better to wean out the first child . There shd be a gap of min 3 years in between 2 preg . This is better for both mother and child .

If previous child is 1.6 yr old you can gradually stop.
No harm in planning pregnancy with breastfeeding, but once you get pregnant you should stop feeding gradually as it will take your calories and previous baby will have psychological problems if you stop suddenly before delivery, so better to stop in 1st trimester
