Breastfeeding Concerns
I eat half cup brown rice daily since the second half of pregnancy. I breastfeed my 4 month old. How much harm did it do to my baby considering the arsenic in brown rice? Also what can I eat in vegetarian foods or supplements for increasing DHA in my breast milk?
