If trying to conceive for last 10 months and having regular menustral cycle and still not being able to conceive then could there be any problem ( was on birth control pills for 2.5 years 10 months ago).Please advise.

Having been on birth control does not matter. Usually we advise investigations when no pregnancy occurs after a year of unprotected intercourse.
