What is the best way to test for pregnancy to get 100% true result after 2 day of missed period... between blood or urine sample test.. which is best? And what are the symptoms of pregnancy at that time?

There are no symptoms of pregnancy on the 2nd day after missing a period.
You have to decide why you are in a hurry to know that you are pregnant. There is tremendous difference in the cost of blood test for B HCG and urine pregnancy test.
