When was ur date of last period? U can go for a repeat TVS for fetal heart beat. Though such a large intramural fibroid is a risk for miscarriage

Meet your doctor . Now since a pregnancy has happened to needs to continue with it and if it crosses 3 months Then combination of progesterone and rest to avoid preterm labor needs to be tried . Risk of preterm labor is high but now to need to take it .
Next Steps
See ur doctor
