Hi doc I am 25 weeks pregnant and I did pp today which came 213.it was done at home through accu check how accurate is the device and what measures can I take to normalise and consequences of diabetic during pregnancy

Please do Fbs , Ppbs, and Hba1c tests and go for consultation with a gynaecologist immediately.

Your pp sugar is quit high, do regular Blood sugar monitoring, with diabetic diet, medication should be start, if on regular monitoring for 2- 3 days, it comes high then start medication after consulting gynaecologist or endocrinologist..

Add 10 percent more than capillary sugar to get plasma sugar. So your sugar is 213+21.3=234.3
