Pregnancy and birth control
I am on birth control, because I have pcos. In the months of May and June I purposely skipped my placebo pills and this month (July) I decided to take the full 24 active pills and the 4 placebo pills. But, I havent started my "period" and I was supposed to start on Thursday. It is now saturday night and I still haven't started. I am having cramps though. I don't know if i can be pregnant or not, because I did not miss a day of my active pills. I had unprotected sex in the beginning of June.

Do pregnancy test by urine or blood (Bhcg). It is confirmatory test and reliable also.If negative means no pregnancy then wait definitely you will get period but takes time or consult to gynaecologist.
