Pregnancy and Anemia issue
I had a miscarriage on 28 June 2025, then got my next period on 27 July 2025. Since then, I am experiencing ovulation-time bleeding (12 Aug: bleeding lasted 3 days, then next period on 26 Aug; 13 Sep: ovulation bleeding again). A recent transvaginal ultrasound (13 Sep) showed: uterus 6.7 × 3.7 × 4.3 cm, endometrial thickness 9.9 mm, normal endometrial cavity, but bilateral bulky ovaries with multiple peripheral small follicles and central thickened stroma → Impression: Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries (PCOM). My CBC showed anemia, and blood work also revealed Vit B12 deficiency. Thalassemia normal. Currently my concerns are: whether ovulation bleeding is due to post-miscarriage changes or related to PCOM, whether retained fragments could still be causing lining irritability despite normal scan, and how anemia and B12 deficiency may affect future conception. I have regular periods prior to miscarriage only that 4th and 5th days, bleeding was minimal. I wasn't aware of PCOM prior to tests.
