Pregnancy 13 wk Query
Hi to my last query where in we mentioned abt our first child being autistic. Hence we did NIPT test every thing came normal as low risk. Even NT scan was okay. Hope the other scans like early anomaly scans all comes normal. But the challenge with autism is it will not show anything abnormal in report or scan. After the child is born if the milestones gets delayed then it bcm an indication of autism. Also wife is 13 wk and have pain in leg and hand and doing vomiting. Can we take plain crocin or dolo? And till how many wks the vomiting will continue, she is taking omez but no relief.

You just mentioned in your question. I also had the same feeling that none of our screening methods during Antenatal period will pick up a lead for autism. So you have to take a calculated risk. Same is true for so many metabolic disorders where even complete Karyotyping and Genetic Studies give no clue about the disorder.
