PREGENCY With pcod
Hello Doctors, Actually we're planning for pregency  with pcod from last 2 months I had my periods on Dec 18 till Dec 22 my gayne told me to do follicular study of day 9/11/13 of periods but ovum size was not good ET is good... then she told us to wait for next cycle in Jan I got my periods on 22nd of Jan then my gayne told me to do 5th Day USG then day 9/11/13 follicular study ..On day 5th day USG everything fine but pcod and 3mm free fluid is seen in uterus cavity after that my gayne told me to wait and watch she said there is a infection in uterus if we give medicine for infection then ovum size will not grow so she Said wait and watch then on 9th day we went for follicular study but the egg Size was 4mm or 7mm ET is 5mm so again she said ET is gud but ovum size not good you need to take a menopur 150 IU IM on Day 10 and Day11 so now my question is that should we do wait for some more time so that ovum size will increase naturally or we go for menopur injection Please advice
