You had an abortion on 18 August. After that the earliest you can have ovulation is on 2 or 3 September. You had sex on 29 and 30 August. So chances of pregnancy are there. But you took i pill on 31 August and again had sex on 1 September. You can have the symptoms due to the effect of i pill. But you have a fair chance of pregnancy also. The only thing is that your symptoms have come rather too early for a pregnancy.
