Yesterday I have done my 1st sonography so there is sac shown and it was very early pregancy there is no internally bleeding happen but from yesterday onwards some spoting is happen I have take 1 folic acid and 1 duphaston in a day sac is 4 week 2 days why this happen bleeding why happen pls give me answer I am sacred very much and two time I have did beta hcg 1st beta hcg is 212.73 and 2nd hcg is after 72 hr 374 so it is normal pls answer.

And want to see ur ultrasound report. If spotting stop than complete bed rest and drink more water. Continue ur folic acid and duphastone tab. But if spotting not stop than I think duphastone does should be increase and consult ur Gynecologist.
