I have checked pregnancy and it is negative but I did not use dropper instead of that I use my finger tips to pour urine is this fine?

No it is not fine . Repeat it again.Do with dropper and read the line according to instructions.If one line means negative and two lines positive.With reports meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.
