It is not a usual pain killer, it acts on the nerves and heals the pain/numbness. Kindly take in the night as if you take during the day it might make you drowsy. There will be no damage to the kidney/liver if you take the prescribed amount for the prescribed duration. If you continue to take it for a long term, any medicine damages the liver/ kidney.
