Hello, Wait for another 7 days for her periods since UPT was negative. If the result is still negative, visit a gynecologist and get a beta hCG test done.

Pregnancy test is the first test, and if it is negative and you still have doubt you can show to a gynecologist, she can do Beta-HCG testing.
