Hi doctor ,
My wife is pregnant of 23 weeks.doctor has suggest her to take ecoaspirin 150 mg till 36 week.will it effect normal delivery or not? And how many weeks it will wait for deliver after stopping this ecoaspirin150mg tablet at 36 week.pls suggest

First of all why is she prescribed this medicine? In many conditions we need to give ecosprin for better placental perfusion .then it needs to be stopped at 32 weeks if everything fine and that decision has to be by your gynecologist

Timing of Delivery has nothing to do with stopping ecosprin.
It depends on her blood pressure, any complications, etc

Take all visits urine test for albumin. If any problems like headaches or blurred vision or vomitting or epigastric pain or decreased fetal movement please communicate with your doctor .
