Predominent obsession
Hello doctor , i am suffering from predominent obsession type ocd that means i have more obsessive thoughts and less compulsion ,as it is not the classic type ocd. I afraid that if my doctor diagnosed me wrong ?then ? So i always write here at practo so that great doctors can give their advice . My psychiatrist prescribed me nexito, buproprion, fluvoxamine, ozep, risperidone, clomipramine till today & i gave good result with nexito 30 mg . Besides this tab i gave partial improvement. My doctor want to add some other medication with nexito 30mg ( as it is highest recommended dose ).so what would u suggest ? I dont want sedating medication first and i am skinny also so i dont want any medication that loss my weight. I am a student and i just want to study but bcz of unnecessary thoughts i am unable to study so plz help me . What will be yr strategy with these kind of patients ? Should we go with 40 mg of nexito (off label ),or plz name any medication with nexito .
