Prediabetes post covid

Question

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hi 1 month back recovered from covid, used steroid methylprednisolone 8mg/day for 10 days. Yesterday went for regular blood tests found prediabetes newly. Any recommendation to revert prediabetes?? Any how my hba1c value 5.8, average blood sugar 120, fasting 90 ppbs 130.
