Although clinical trials have not been undertaken with Covid vaccines taking pregnant and lactating mothers as subjects, guidelines have been issued by health authorities that vaccination can be opened for lactating mothers. Information from past vaccines has shown little impact on milk production or breastfeeding or allergic reactions to the baby.
