check oxygen level regularly. if it is below 90 continuously then you need oxygen therapy. you can take vitamin c 500 2 times and multivitamin containing zinc 2 times a day. Breathing exercise can help you.prone position breathing will also help you. if symptoms increases then consultant your nearest doctor.get your RT-PcR test done.
Precautionary measures for current environment condition
1. Sesame oil application before bathing
Take 30 ml oil + 2 pinch of saindha salt make oil luke warm
Apply oil on back and chest region once or twice in a day
2.Eat 1 small piece of zinziber adrak along with 1 pinch of saindha salt before eating of food twice in a day
3.Eat 1-1 tsp of ajwayan along with 1 badam almond after eating of food twice in a day
4.Apply any oil in the inner parts of nostrils
5.Eat 1 Tulasi leave along with food
6.Use guggul rice yellow mustard dhoopan at the junction of sunset and sunrise evening and night time
