Me and my husband are planning for our first child. I am 30 year old now. I have iron deficiency. I wanted to know if I should take folic acid supplements and for how many months, and when should I start taking them? What are other supplements that I need O take.

Very good as you thinking in this term. Generally folic acid supplementaion for 3 months is enough. For anemia you have to take iron tablets under doctors guidance. You and husband should also do blood test like thalassemia screeing and basic investigation like sugar, thyroid, blood group.
