I am a female in my early 30s. And my blood group is A-ve. I am planning to get married by end of next year. What all test should I take as an individual before my marriage, keeping my overall health and reproductive health in mind? I want to take this measure proactively, so that in case of any issue found in any area, I would be able to to take treatment, medication or make any lifestyle change to help with the same. I believe this will be healthy start to my relationship if I am healthy in all possible ways.

As far as your blood group is concerned no further tests are required.
For all other factors you are as good as any other woman.
Please seek a formal consultation with a Gynaecologist or a General Physician.
