We have multiple bloods groups i.e. A B AB and O and 2 Rh factors + and -. My question is which blood group combination is okay and which is not from marriage perspective. Which combination can lead to complications during pregnancy?

You can expect Rh incompatibility only one if girl is Rh negative and you are Rh Positive.
