Pre-Diabetic
I am Pre-Diabetic and I am not on medication. I try to maintain my diet and avoid eating sugary foods. From the past few days, I am experiencing a fluctuation in the sugar level. Sometimes it touches 180 and then drops down to 94. What should I do?

Blood sugar level can fluctuate according to meal, age, starvation etc etc Please mention RBS+ FBS + PPBS + lipid profile+ HbA1c(most important) Any family history? First maintain diet and yoga(there are two yoga steps which exactly act on Pancreas from where insulin is secreted) if not reduced then start with Biguanides drugs ....
