Am trying for pregancy for second child and my age 35 .i have no thyroid and in pre diabetic .i had gestaional diabetic in my first pregnacy..want to know the healthy diet plan and can i continue yoga while planning for a baby.

Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc
Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind
Do yogasanas and pranayam daily
Take salads and fruits more
Take carrots and beet root juice daily
You can try for pregnancy
