Sir, Just 6 months back I diagnosed, Pre diabetes, my Hba1c 1st time 6.1, 2nd time 6.0 Age 34 Iam not taking any medicine till now, Is there any chance to, Reverse, How many months is req for reverse, Once reverse, Is there any chance to develop diabetes. Plz 🙏 help me sir Thanks
