Pre diabetes and pregnancy pls help
Hello my pre diabetes level is 112 fasting and insulin level is 18.3 . My father and sister both are diabetes as well. I control on the diet and I walk everyday 1 hr. What other steps do I need to take to get pregnant. My periods are regular 28 to 30 days cycle for 3 days flow is normal. Hormone test are normal. Pls advice
