Hello, I'm 22 and I have pre cum fluid secretion whenever I have my arousal which makes me uncomfortable and makes my pant wet. Due to this I experience weak body health and loss in concentration and confidence and premature ejaculation. I would like to consult to a best ayurvedic doctor or homeopathy doctor for curing my problem without any side effects.
