Pre cum( semi fluid) delay, and less

I took a fatty liver Ayurvedic medicine
(LIV-52 HP)
After taking it for 3 days i felt, strange hardness in my penis and my precum started being delayed and semen started coming very less during ejaculation.
Please don't confuse pre-cum with semen.
Semen ejaculation timing is normal.
But i m not able to get pre cum whenever my penis getting hard , after long minute of hardness it is coming in very less.
And when I ejaculate my sperm is also coming less and thick, no flow in it.
I waited months so that this would get normal. But till now it didn't.
Same thing happened 2 years back.i faced this same issues for 6 months then.
I consulted a doctor he gave me sildenafil i took in night & In the morning everything got normal, semen got flow, normal in quantity during ejaculation, precum returned. But this time sildenafil is not working.

You have to come for physical examination and lab test of you semantics and some hormone tested is needed . In the mean time drink more water and take centrum my 1 daily
