Pre cum comes without any erection.

A sticky transparent liquid comes out from my penis when my fiance just messages me on WhatsApp. mine is anarranged marriage and i met her recently. we had a casual talk the first time i met her. I found i have leaked after meeting her. I have this fear sticky liquid might come and don't continue to chat with her properly. It comes without any erection. I have faced this problem continuously in the last 10 days. I don't experience this problem talking with other girls. I don't feel 100% physically good after it leaks.I have faced this problem while playing video games too. Sticky liquid came out when i played games when i was 18 years old and i still have a fear i might leak and don't play games at all. Is this normal ? Or do i have any health problem
