if the movement is good and your placenta is not low lying there is no issue. Just be sure if the bleeding is from vagina or from anus because of constipation

Any bleeding should be taken seriously. You should consult a Gynaecologist for examination and also need USG. However, most of the tine, if the bleeding stops, the condition is not very serious.

If you are having constipation and bleeding is from anus, then it's due to piles caused by hard stool. Consult your gynecologist for the treatment of constipation. But if bleeding is from vagina then you should get an ultrasound done and consult your obstetrician asap. Bleeding from vagina can be dangerous for the baby and for the  mother.
