I am 19 year old and living in hostel so milk is not available in my mess. So can I go with milk powder as an alternative... And also I want to gain weight so which brand's powder will be best .

Hello Yes you can go for milk powder but better to go naturally,  milk powder is also rich in nutrients like vitamin- D viatmin- A calcium.
