Power of eyes and dryness
I am suffering from myopia from about 7 yrs .I am 15 yrs old ,my left eye is -3.75 D and my right eye is -2.75 D .I am also suffering from conjunctivitis allergen and dry eye .What is the best way to make my eyesight better . Please help me .

In male maximum myopic power increases from 13yrs of age to 21 yrs of age because this is the period when maximum body growth takes place. There is no direct medicine to check progress of myopic power because it is hereditary in nature even then you try to take balanced diet & lots of green vegetables along with annual check up.For dryness you can use some lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day (Refresh liquigel) & for allergic conjunctivitis you can some use some antiallergic eye drops once or twice daily (Pataday eye drops).
