Dry eye from last 2 yrs..

She has consult many doctors then came to know she is suffering from dey eye problems.. tears not forming..so doctor advised eubri eyedrop and now she is currently using eubri eyedrop from last 1 year. But now.in Summers her problem riser too much .entire day she has pain and itching in her eyes. Treatment as of now date- Eubri eyedrop RelaxingEye by Hot towel Eye exercise- rotate uper eyenlid downward by soft hand and lower eyelid upward

How old is the patient? Is she having any dryness of the mouth as well? What about arthritis? If it is this severe she would require several investigations to find the actual cause.
