Potato during pregnancy
I am 24 weeks pregnant. I ate too much potato sabji today . Will it affect my baby Pls advise I felt like I went little overboard as I was hungry

Having heavy meal on a single day doesn’t effect your pregnancy ..Your in second trimester you feel more hunger than previous months Because of growing baby ,however you need to go for OGCT between 24-28weeks ,better to have low glycemic foods with complex carbohydrates,
