Pregnant 24 weeks 5 days spotting

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am 24 weeks 5days pregnant... On 4 sep i had little spoting by the time i reach doctor it had stopped... So doctor checked me and baby heartbeat and sent me back telling i and my baby is fine.. today again i had very little spoting.. i can feel my baby movement.. but should i need to worry or go to doctor again .i am confused as well as worried too.
