Potassium level
I did blood test on 30th june. Potassium level was as shown in photo. Was in normal range. I was feeling a bit of lightheadedness and sometimes a bit of imbalance since yesterday and Google showed it that it might be due to Potassium deficiency and its deficiency may even cause heart to stop which has frightened me very badly. 2 weeks ago it was normal. Now if it is such important thing how can i track it everyday what if it had fallen from that reading. I am very anxious now about this. Please guide. Please

Your potassium level is normal.light headeness could be due to various reasons notably change in BP,lack of adequate water intake.Low potassium level is not common, keeping it's track everyday is not necessary at all.

It is not about potassium. It would be because of reduced food intake. Use protein rich diet. Do consult. Potassium is rich in banana and tender coconut.

Please don’t google things and increase your anxiety. There are certain causes of hypokalaemia ( low serum potassium), not every healthy person will have it. Consult for discussion.
