In my KFT.. potassium came as 5.5. Is it more tham normal ? Kindly suggest if anything needs to be taken care

Yes it's border line high... Avoid food rich in pottasium for a week. U can Google it. Hydrate well Then repeat RFT with pottasium Are you on any medication?
