Postural hypotension
I have got postural hypotension. Feel dizzy & guiddy all the time & due to which i feel tired. Moment i sit & stand i feel dizzy. Any medicine that could be recommended to treat this

According to me some simple steps u have to take instead of medicines...ur bed must be near the wall...and when u get up dont stand up directly after geting up sit for 2 to 5 min and then take support of wall and stand up...and wait for 2 min and then start ur walk...and try to make less movements of ur head and neck..and never try to get up staright from ur bed...these will help u a lot...
