Relation between posture and tmj
I am suffering from jaw disorder and being treated for it by tmj specialist and orthodontist. I listen various type sounds from my neck (during stretching) and jaw muscle (during massage ). I want to know about the relation between posture and tmj disorder. What precautions and advice  should I follow for quick recovery and to avoid any harm? How can I judge about my present condition i.e. whether my condition is improving or going towards worse? Please help me and clear my confusion...

Cause of tmj dysfunction is still not well established though some say it is arthritis of joint. In most cases it is self limiting if you avoid undue strain on joint do not clench mouth. Avoid over massaging. Get neck xray to rule out other cause. Homeopathy is safe solution for tmj dysfunction.
