Posture correction
Sometimes I lie with hanging my head from the bed to correct my tight neck muscles and postural problem. Is it harmful to lie down for sometimes in this position? Please suggest(give video link or process) some best postural exercises for my upper back, neck, shoulder and tight muscles to do at home.... Please help...

Yes, for some moments it’s ok. But not longer as it can give u stiff neck. Rather I will advise u to invest in a good pillow to help prop your head up without straining your neck. Also if u can elaborate on what problem u have because of ur neck. Then a few exercises can be suggested to get relief

Hi, sleeping on back is best posture and soft pillow can be kept under each arm to support the neck
