Orthostatic hypotension
My father aged 66, dual valve ppm implanted in 2016 December is suffering from orthostatic hypotension and cannot get out from bed or sit for long. He was admitted in CMRI and diagnosis said high diabetes is causing harm. He is on fludrocortisone and erythropoietin inj (once weekly) still his condition is not getting better but same or getting worse. I have come across article's stating fluid and mild salt would help too likewise action has been taken. He is too weak to visit the specialist even
