How much was weight gain during pregnancy? any uterine pathology? Some suggestions to follow... 1. As it is already 2.5 months post delivery start doing exercises, but be careful dont be hurry stamina will build slowly. 2. See that your bowel moments are regular. 3. It takes 10-18 months for the womans body to get back to pre pregnant state. You will have to follow a vigorous workout routine at a Gym along with proper balanced Diet. Use maternity BELT for 2-3hrs at a stretch.
Next Steps
Dont feel depressed. A little more effort from your side will help in the long run.

First of all u should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. On other days u can do cardio exercises. For more details u can consult me.

Yes this is a common symptom complained postpartum period. There would surely be some mismatching in intake of food and avoiding some fitness therapies. U can have physiotherapists, yoga or some simple exercise, sports activity to keep fit and fine. Eat lots of veggies daily.eat fruits simply to get back ur lost skintone, and elasticity to normal. Since pregnancy, deliveries are natural to a lady, recovery, reviving back to normal activities gradually are very important and necessary as quick as possible.. Recouping back to normalcy  as quickly as possible is  also  necessary and depends on strong psychology..
