Hello doc I am having 6 months baby.first time mother.38 yrs old.in the month of nov.i had some of uneasiness after eating chicken . thinking that I may become poision what will happen to me.after that uneasiness I went to hospital..ecg taken ..doc sais it is normal Nothing to get worried..I was asking to doctor am I die.bz oc that uneasiness..??like similarly I keep to rushing to hospital..with some symptoms like giddness etc..some sort of fear.. abdominal uneasiness. Dry mouth... dizziness... finally ask me to go to psychiatrist..I went to see.he put me on anti anxiety..and antidepressant..I took for 1 week..and stopped it.since o am feeding..I can't feed my baby on time. Now no uneasiness..some times I feel dizziness.. pinning and needling sensation all over body.now 24/7 fear of life..fer of death..all the time.any death news.my tummy become uneasiness..lot of unwanted images..I don't want to do..am really having a psychiatric problem or medical issue I don't know..??

You have anxiety issues and obsessions (needs further evaluation). You should start treatment and since your baby is already 6 months, you must have started top feed, and so even if you are lactating, there are medicines which are comparatively safe in pregnancy and lactation. So, you need not to worry about that aspect and can start treatment.
