Hello all! It's been a year that I delivered a baby and got affected with Covid twice and recovered. These days my body feels very weak, lethargic and unable to be active. My child is a super active child and im not able to match his energy levels. Do I need any vitamins? Who should I consult? Please advise 🙏 TIA

One year is a long time.
Please start your exercise and physical activity gradually.
Whether after delivery, or at any stage of life, the only way to regain stamina and strength is to gradually introduce new and more strenuous activities. By this you will develop endurance power. Proper nutritious diet and Iron, Folic acid, Calcium with Vit D3, and Multivitamin is important.
hi, post delivery your body demands more nutrition as you are lactating and recovering from child birth. The replenishment of nutrients may take time moreover postcovid may also be a contributing factor here, hence i would recommend you to not to worry and take a balanced diet. But if the weakness it too much get some investigations done and book a consultation
Next Steps
Get blood investigations to assess for anaemia, vitamin levels and thyroid (as it may cause lethargy) etc and book consultaion
Health Tips
Diet modification and lifestyle changes as your mentioned weight is 85kg which could lead to other diseases.
congratulations for your baby and beating covid twice✌️
