Posterior fissure
I am observing pain during bowel movement and consulted a Dr and cam to know about fissure, but the medicines did not cure completely . Due to repeated bowel movement the fissure is unable to heal and the muscle around the passage become tight, which gives pain during bowel movement.

fissure is one of the commonest GIT trouble now a days due to improper diet, bowel movements etc. fissure is a tear in the anal muscle which is most of the time painfull due to contact of fissure to the stool, it sometimes burns and also bleeds, due to regular bowel movements it takes time to heal by its own. it can be permanenlty cleared through homoeopathy.

Hi, anal fissure can be completely relieved by homoeopathic remedies...but further you should have a healthy fibre rich diet with plenty of water....so that ur bowel movements will be regular and smooth without constipation...so that you will not get anal fissure again and again....do not strain for stools...just have a cup of hot water daily before bed....homoeo medicines like ratanhia....calc flour helps u greatly....and you should have some sort of exercise daily like yoga...walking...u will be fine...visit a homoeopath..

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Put warm water in a tub and put some dettol in that and sit in that for about 10 minutes. Have a soft diet and high fiber diet. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
