I'm having low laying pregnancy and position is posterior cov os does it safe for me and my baby.
Now I'm in 12 week of pregnancy does the position will get change if I take proper rest?

As the placenta can separate and initiate profuse bleeding
Rest will not change the position
As the pregnancy progresses the uterus stretches it might be pulled up
