Posterial horn of Meniscus tear grade 3
I have done MRI for left knee on 27 june 2020 and it shows report as - Horizontal Linear altered signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus reaching up to the articular surfaces - Garde 3. I have completed treatment of Avnac SP 2 times a day,Voxipar DSR 2 times day, Tendering forte 1 times and Advice gel 3 times a day formation for 1 month that time when i jave locking 2 times that time only and after that now I feel no any pain and able move leg,walk, seat without any issue and pain. But due to lockdown , leg movement is safe in home and nearby. Kindly suggest if arthroscopic still require in future or any suggestions??

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. Knee and ankle exercises. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. Gupta and watch 'Me & My Yoga' and 'Yoga Simplified'. --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Your clinical findings and radiological findings do match. However, since you have gotten better symptomatically, you can wait and watch.  But if you develop similar complaints again then there is a high likelihood that it has not healed. The pain might come down again but id it keeps happening frequently and affects your day to day activities then you will probably do better with an arthroscopic procedure.
Next Steps
wait and watch for now. consult a sports injury specialist if it keeps on coming back. Stick to medicines that gave you relief for now.
